Hello, I stumbled on another (apparently) special case in a modded game.

Could you explain the following screenshot?

As far as I can tell:
- Fallen Angel is not disabled (proof (?): it's not flanked), it has inherent Total Awareness and can't be flanked. It's only Scorched. (screenshot 2)
- Leader has no special melee ability besides Ghoul Strike, and nearby Hunter has only normal Strike. (screenshot 3)

Both leader and hunter are said in the tooltip to be able to melee attack thrice without any retaliation. When they attack, Fallen Angel retaliates, though. (screenshot 1 & 4)

As I also (seemingly) noticed that a Fallen Angel has a 360° threat zone, that is not shown by red markers, I suspect an oddity about this unit, be it from vanilla, or because of a mod.

What do you think?

Fallen Angel is an Eternal Lords unit, so if you're playing AOW3 without Eternal Lords expansion then i'm guessing you are playing online with someone that has the expansion. Mods could be an culprit, it might be an poorly designed mod that you applied.

Retaliation damage should be showing. It might be a simple display bug.

As long as fallen angel is retaliating properly there should be no issues. If Fallen Angel doesn't retaliate at all then signs is an serious issue, begin by checking your mods to see if any of them has an note mentioning conflicts/issues. Then from there on, etc.

I play with all extensions. I don't know yet if this is a situationnal problem (because of mods), or if this unit is bugged to some point when some spells are put on it.
Yes, previsional retaliation damage should ne displayed.
