The befriend event 'Freedom and Friendliness' ( befriend_ongoing.6004 ) obviously just picks random characters that you have imprisoned as the target of the request to be released, even if the scheme target and the imprisoned are from completely different ends of the Earth and have no possible connection whatsoever. This is completely immersion breaking and makes no sense except as the plot of a bad Hollywood movie.
Suggest restricting the event to only allow picking of persons from your prison that actually are acquainted from some interaction or ones that are suitably notorious in a worldwide way ( ie. high fame levels ). Frankly just about anything would be an improvement over what is there now, even removing it altogether.
