I have conquered all duchies which are one the list to activate the roman empire event. But tunesia and antiochia are still marked as not conquered allthoug i did that a long time ago. I checked several times that i'm the owner of the whole duchies and i don't have a clue what i should do...

You have all the counties and all baronies inside the counties, right?
Pretty much this, if even one barony is owned by like the Hashashins or a Knightly order, then you have not technically owned them.

If you are speaking truth, then you have some bug. Register the game, and people will help you in the sub-forum.
Post a save and I can check for you, but as far as I can tell. You are probably missing a barony within the counties that was given away to someone else.
Its fairly common and you would not have gained it in the war for the piece of land so far back.
Past that, sounds like a bug.
Zoom in, see if there's another shield hiding in there. Like folks said, it's because someone other than you owns a barony or two. I had the same problem last night when restoring Rome, ended up having to root the Templars out of some barony in Acre and the Hashashins out of a castle in Antioch.
