Resolution Help!!

I'm having problems with EUII resolution. My PC is on 1024x768 and EUII runs in 800x600. The graphics look all pixalized because of it. I tried changing with the EUII settings but the EUII setting program won't start at all. I tired manually with the settings.cfg to put it on 1024x768 and when I start it it's still in 800x600. Any help will be appreciated.

Only the game runs in a higher res, not the intro screen, have you actually started a game?
