Hi, friends ! =)
Here are some ideas for new zone specializations. I tried to make them so we can create some synergy between different zones.

Offices:

Administration zones:
- Works like normal offices zones
- Provides very low incomes
- Upgrades local services (schools, hospitals, police... are more efficient in the area)

Advertising companies zones:
- Increases the local consumption of the citizens (commercial zones in the area are less likely to lack clients)
- Creates a new type of pollution, because of all their neon and billboards : light pollution (it only bothers residential zones)

Residential:
Unlike the existing specialized zones, specialized residential zones need to be able to level up.

Ecological housing:
- Provides very high incomes
- Uses less water and electricity
- Creates less wastes
- Can only grow on completely pollution free areas (any type of pollution)
- Needs the highest services (services upgraded by administration specialized offices)

Campus residences:
- Only inhabited by young adults
- Provides low incomes
- Needs to by close to a university
- Doesn’t mind noise or light pollution (actually enjoys being near leisure specialized commercial areas)

Retirement homes:
- Only inhabited by elderly people
- Hates noise and light pollution
- Needs higher security and health services
- Doesn’t need education services
(This last type of residential area, if close to death services, would help solving the “death waves “ problem)

What do you think about these ?

Personally, I think ALL specializations need to be able to level up.

Current specializations are horribly limited by this, specialized industry not being able to level up means it can't take advantage of educated workers, and thus starts having problems later on when schools go down, while commercial not leveling up means no additional jobs are created.
