I have a relatively large empire (2744 pop), i'm trying to resettle pops but the screen is dreadfully slow.
I even pause the game but that doesn't help. I have a 1060 6GB with 16 RAM so there's no way i should have memory issues. Combat, scrolling etc are are fine but it's just the resettlement screen loads veeeeeeeeeery slow and when it loads it doesn't last. Have trouble even scrolling down on the resettlement screen due to slow loads.
It's so bad that i will giveup playing or start a new empire because i cannot expand without resettling pops.
This didn't happen with the previous patch when i had an empire half the size of the galaxy.
