Playing a campaign as Germany and currently in 1945. I find that the tech teams are becoming less and less effective over time. One example is it takes almost a year to research bombers and interceptors, land doctrines with people like Mannstein are .20% a day. These technology's are from 1943 as well. My computer technology is average and I've invested in research over a dozen times, but still takes awhile.
Is there something with research that I'm missing? In HOI2 if the skill level surpasses the technology you should get at least 1% a day and the older the technology is, the faster you research it.
