I try to make a research agreement with a friendly AI. I have 12/8/5 technologies they don't, they have 6/3/3 I do not. They are valued at 19, I am valued at 10, despite me having more tech researched. Trade willingness is 90%

Seems to have been resolved in our latest internal build :) Was able to reproduce it in the live version, so should hopefully be integrated in the near future. Thanks for the report!
