Whats the logic with MDS style flag-lets (miniflags)?
The multiple flag spaces are for flag waviness, but if you make a series of identical flag it defeats the purpose of the give space. Why not just reduce the image size to just 1 flag?

Unfourtunately, that's not how HoI2/DH has been programmed when it comes to the graphics files.
