I can't get the East Trurkistan flag to work but heres this

I for some reason can't get this flag to work on mine but can someone make this flag in HOI3 style shield and MDS style flag please and thanks in advance

Is Flag of the Montenegro under control by Axis Powes. On Dh Game is not historical flag for Montenegro
