Ok, here you go. I recomend that you post your flags at full display if they are not to many.
You’re my savior, thank you. I’ll have to find all the flags I need anyhow, as I’m one nation away from finishing leader files all together. I’ll be able to actually get to the less tedious work then.

Hi, I might be using some of the american generals for my eastcost american puppet. If you have suggestion for leaders just pm me or post list. 20 to 25 is good start.

Hmm, I'd need the original images from which the flags/shields were made first, but nonetheless:
1: Open up your flag/shield source image in your image editing program of choice (I prefer MS Paint for this purpose)
2: Resize the image to 16x14 pixels
3: Make make a square outline of exactly 1 pixel around the borders of the image
4: Across the top and bottom of the image, trace over the black lines with green
5: Now, go to "Save As" and select SAVE AS BMP and click it. When asked if you want to get rid of all transparency, select yes and save your image as icon_UXX.bmp
6: And you're done! Your icon should be ready for use ingame.

Hi guys. I recently added a new unit type in WiF3, and therefore, a new counter in its counter strip (see attached file).
Since then, and despite my best efforts with three different graphics softwares, the small country flags on counters don't show properly in game (example pictured).
Could someone fix this problem, and explain me how to do, and with which software?

I thought I listed the flags and shields in my last post? Could you do me a big favor and do this set for me then I will work on my own editing skills?
