This is directed mainly at @MrNazar but anyone who feels up to it can give it a try but keep in mind that it's not exactly an easy request.
To keep it (kind of) simple, I need propaganda images using the following image as a template with flag maps in them

1: Take the image you want to make an event pic of and resize it to 400 by 116 pixels
2: Click your program's select tool and create a thin green line across the three sides of the image while doing the same with a black one on the very bottom
3: Just to be on the safe side, resize the image once again to 400 by 116 pixels
4: Save the image (preferably in Microsoft Paint; I've found that GIMP screws with it the resolution) as a .bmp and you should have an event picture ready to use!
May I request a very simple flag? I am learning how to mod a nation in and once I have a useable flag I will be very happy. It is a black flag with a salt shaker on it. Thank you in advance.
