I think it would be very helpful for the top bar to show situational carriers.
Example: The image below shows 1 carrier out of a population of 24. However, two Workers are situational carriers because they are waiting for crops to grow and the 10 children are situational carriers because I do not have schools built, for a total of 12 situational carriers. In this case, the top bar could show current carriers as 1 (12).
Do gate and tower guards, not in combat, also count as situational carriers? If so then (15). So silly for the game to be warning me about "NO Carriers", when over half of my colonists are carrying things around.
