Pretty straightforward: Since Sweden has a different holiday schedule than the countries in which (I assume) the majority of the player base lives, could Paradox make a consistent effort to keep us appraised of when a dev diary is going to be skipped for the next week(s)?
The Crusader Kings 2 diaries, in particular, keeps getting hit with Monday holidays (or, in this week's case, the Monday everyone took off before a Tuesday holiday) that most of us don't see coming. And, when it happens, the same scenario repeats: about two pages in the previous week's diary of people wondering what's happening, will there be a diary, and eventually arguing about either Paradox's commitment to the forum or the respective merits of the American and European attitudes towards time off. Like clockwork.
I think I can speak for the majority of us (I'm going out on a limb, here) that we both greatly appreciate the time and effort that goes into keeping the community on here engaged, much moreso than most other developers out there (in fact, I'm pretty spoiled now when other companies don't maintain a steady stream of info about an upcoming title), and we understand that the team isn't going to work on their days off, and making these dev diary posts is just that: work.
All I'd like to see is some proactive communication from the team. "Next week is Sweden's national day of remembrance of the time that Gustavus Adolphus stubbed his toe, so, you'll have to wait another week for our next diary, which will feature cadet dynasties conducting naval battles in China" would be more than enough.
