I have started to use mods and one problem I've noticed is with mods that alter battle groups. Since you have to start the game up without mods to get to the mod activator it gets rid off all modded cards in the battle groups. Then when you start the game with the mods it gets rid of all the vanillia cards that are not used. So basically every time every time you start the game up it completely messses up all modded battle groups then when u relaunch with mods it messes up all vanillia battle groups. So every time you start the game up you have to rebuild all battle groups for modded or vanillia. So what I'm basically asking is can you put the mod launcher before the game boots up instead of in the game. At least this way I wouldn't have to rebuild 18 battle groups every time I restart the game only when I switch between vanillia and modded version. Another option would be to make battle groups save by mods but I think that would take a lot more work if it's even possible. I realize that the game just came out a week ago so the problem is not so bad right now but as more and more mods come out that alter battle groups I think it will make things a lot easier in the future.
