"As the title says, would someone be able to create a "High Line" mod for the game. If you don't know what I am talking about, the high line is a elevated rail truss turned park in New York City. Could this be done?.
I was thinking the way it could work is someone could take the stock train trestle in game,remove the train track texture and ability for trains to spawn on it, re-categorize it as park, then create a new texture for it that would have a concrete path in the middle and grass strips on the concrete path side's,with maybe flowers,bushes etc. filling those areas. What do you guys think?."
