Request: Global overlay for all traffic dependencies at the same time

I'm aware of the traffic report tool mod.

What I would also like to see is an overlay that shows all traffic reports at the same time. This could use simple straight lines from target to destination instead of routing.

In the game, when I click on a car, I get the information: This is person x, who lives at y, and works at z. So this should create a line from the residence to the workplace. Of course, if it is possible to do this with the actual routing information this would be even cooler, but straight lines might be a good start to show how your city is connected.

Interesting. More tools to understand and analyze traffic would be helpful.
Id like a map with categories of drivers (like in SimCity) to identify which group is going where. (shoppers, workers, delivery, services etc..)
