Now that we can abolish idea groups, I would also like the ability to deactivate policies and the national focus early.

Obviously this should cost monarch points. It would be nice if this cost decreases to zero in a time span of 10 years. (or 30 years for national focus)

Additionally: It would also be nice if there are events that offer temporary discounts, resulting in unexpected decision moments for the player.
