Request #8763 - Unable to register my Game

Hello,

I created this thread in order to know how it would need to get an answer. I made a request on paradox zendesk (#8763) on january 22th. Since then, I still didn't get any answer. I bought EUIII complete and then EU3 HTTT and EUIII DW. It's impossible to register those game on the forum with my serial number and thus play on the meta-server.

We here have no idea how long the zendesk would take (they are entirely separate from these forums), but that is certainly excessive. When you log a ticket you should have been given a way of contacting them about that ticket? Failing that, log another one.

As far as your problem goes, the only known issue with registering games is Steam's codes for EU3:Complete. So you should be able to register HttT and DW at least, and if you don't have Steam then Complete also. Are you saying that all three fail to register here? What happens when you try with, say, DW? Are you confident you haven't confused 0/O or I/1/l ?

Nope I bought them on Macgames.fr (I play on Macs). The serial were working for activating the game and I even was able to activate them on Deliver2mac. But then again, I can't activate them on the forum in order to play multi. On the ticket, I gave proof of payments and a certain Linda was assigned to my request. I posted a comment on the request on february 14th, but no answer since.

Those serials you use to activate the games are not the right ones to register the games here, you need forum registration codes which are entirely separate. In the first instance they should come from where you bought the game, and then from the people who wrote the game. Mac versions are written and supported by Virtual Programming www.vpltd.com so I suggest you log a ticket with them. I did for my game I bought on GamersGate and it worked fine. And people who get the game from the Apple App store do that and get the codes needed too.
