[REQ-MOD] More Hero slots

I'm not sure where and how, but would it be possible to increase the number of hero slots from 4 to.. 20 or so?

Hate missing out on heros, and having to delete them

A mod itself or just some pointers on where and what to mod to accomplish this would be fine
