with the number of mods made already, and many to come i expect, some mods may interfear with each other, so is there a chance of a mod manager, from one of the clever people out there.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
You can already easeliy choose wich mods you want to play with from the launcher(that is if the mods are made as mods and not overhaules). I don't really see the need for a modmanager when it's included in the game. And if that doesn't pealse you you could try and use JSGME wich is a bit tricky to use in my opinion but maybe what your looking for.
