I have a quick question about reputation. It seems that you get bonuses for maxing out favor/wrath and loyalty/fear.

Is there any reason not to try to do both? Does this have any negative effect on the outcome of the game, or is it all about the key decisions you make and the rest is just flavor?

I figure if I'm going to be some evil middle manager, I might as well be the most contrarian jerk in the land as well.
