Hm, you could be onto something here. Happiness/stability does not affect Clerk output; is it possible that Repugnant similarly fails to affect a substantial proportion of amenity production?

Modifiers to trade value and amenities are "built into" the job instead of being % modifiers so the actual script must include all the traits, here is how the servant job works:

Yes, but paradox forgot to add this trigger to all the jobs.

So some jobs (notably executives) don't get neither buffs from charismatic nor penalties from repugnant, a charismatic executive produces the same ammount of amenities a repugnant executives produces.

Some other jobs (like entertainer) get wrong buff from charismatic/repugnant, as you can see on the screenshot repugnant entertainer makes 7 amenities while normal one makes 10 and a charismatic one makes 13. When it should have been 10*80% = 8 and 10*120% = 12.

On a positive note, it seems that this bug was noticed by paradox.
