would it be too much to ask for a screenshot of republic of krakow so that i may plan in advance my military campaigns.

I don't see how the Rebublic of Krakow can do anything militarily. They're surrounded by Prussia, Russia, and Austria.
Well, with a bit of good luck and the rest of the world as allies, it might be possible. Or you could simply just cheat 
I would be really disapointed if you could win with Poland against three major powers...

Playing as Republic of Cracow I can ally with for example Russia and get some Austrian provinces (maybe in the first war only one province) after Russia victory in war against Austria . I think that it's possible and reasonable. By the way there can be huge Polish uprising in Russia around 1863 year by event and if I will in aliance with Austria I can take much more

well I wouldnt dream of taking them on 3 at once - would get crushed... rather try and play them against each other...

I understand if it is every single game how that might be irritating. But whats wrong with the occasional freak occurance?
This is all about alternate history you know.
I don't see it out of the realm of possibility for Prussia or Austria wanting a strong puppet Poland as a buffer to Russia.

Republic of Cracow isn't Poland. The Polish Kingdom is a puppet state to the Tsar in those years.
exactly, i wouldn't fight even one of them without allies. i would ofcourse try to sign some type of a military alliance with a powerful western nation or maybe several, and then i would wait until prussia goes to war with another (preferably powerful) nation, then i would strike.
