Republic monks keep having marriage event

It seems that the issue reported below has not been addressed. With patch 2.1.6, male patrician dynasty members who have taken the vow (i.e. have the "monk" trait) keep having events where then find wives for themselves.

Via the event REP.412 (family member married foreign woman), a male character in a Republic who has taken the vows can get married. It's strange seeing a married monk.

Even better, they can have the event as a bishop - fortunately it just puts the lady in their court.
