Steps to cause a Crash to Desktop:
1. Start a new game
Not required, but easy for reproduction of the issue
2. Give yourself all tech
Not required, but we need to upgrade our fleet.
3. Upgrade your starting ships
Tested using the upgrade button in the fleet UI. Not sure if this works when you right click the shipyard and select upgrade.
4. Dismantle your shipyard module
5. Unpauze
On the next tick, the game will crash.
