HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
Personal (REG_SZ)
if this value(value is path) contains multibyte, 1.7.2 doesn't work. because invalid directory create.

change and remove multibyte path, then stellaris works.

but, win10(Japanese) uses multibyte as default.

（1.6.* and 1.5.1 works on my environment. wrong directory created so far.）
