I wanted to save myself some hassle and create my own leaders for GER. I used Hallsten's leader generator, and then edited them using Kucing's leader editer. I moved the original to a backup folder and put in the new leader list.
But when I started the game, the old leaders were still available
and none of my new leaders were there
I was trying to start a new GC36 if that matters
Any ideas would be appreciated
