I think by this point we are all aware that after the first few times you've used it, the Seduction focus quickly becomes unfun. That is, it isn't just not enjoyable, but its presence actively diminishes enjoyment of the game. Therefore, I would like to suggest that it be removed, and replaced with a new intrigue-centric focus: Espionage.
This proposed focus would draw ideas from how espionage works in EU4. It would enable the use of the Spy On action against foreign targets, and more importantly, would also allow for a character to manipulate revolt risks both at home and abroad. This could be done by taking advantage of the newly added capability for targeted decisions to target holdings and titles. The decision could be aimed at a county title, to try to alter revolt risk in the county, and as in EU4, rebels that you supported would not be hostile to you. (The chain involved should have some amount of currency expenditure, the type determined by the sort of rebels you are supporting. Religious rebels would cost piety, while peasants could cost gold. Potentially, one should also be able to fund adventurers or factions against a character with the expenditure of prestige or gold or both.)
This would also allow for more thoughtful planning for how to conduct a war, or simply to weaken rivals without directly going to war. Do you want to pick the War focus, for a direct boost to Martial, and by extension the number of troops you can raise, or do you want to use Espionage to weaken the foe, but risk being found out, giving them a CB against you before you've successfully weakened them
