The whole "doomstacks appear out of thin air" system feels a bit outdated. Since we now have factions (which weren't there when SoI was released) I think that decadence revolts should come from the inside; it would make a lot more sense.
High decadence should cause a vassal opinion penalty and the revolt should be a faction war for the top level title. Vassals would still have the option to go independent after a successful revolt.
