Final Notes
- You can not build the train depot elsewhere and move it to the spot when the game is paused or unpaused
- Upgrading the oneway the depot is to be built on to a oneway 6-lane works fine
- Building a depot somewhere else and building a second depot in that location does not work
- Replacing the oneway road the depot is to built on with a twoway 2-lane road does not work
^ This gave me a msg that my display driver crashed
- Moving the depot one tile over does not work
- Building a seaport next to the sewage outflow pipes also crashes the game
More edits to this section to come as I'm trying to work around the issue with a copy of the save.

Old Instructions + Old File
This is the first iteration of this post. Ignore as the file has been simplified so that people who want to test the save can do so more easily. The only change is that I've simplified the instructions, and that the following is the unsimplified version.

This is the city that you are given. Pause the game; this doesn't need to be done immediately.

Navigate to the industrial part of the city.

Locate this part of the industrial area. You will build everything you need to here.

Build roads as seen above. Use the given grid and oneway 2-lane roads as marked.

Build and plop freight depot in this exact spot. Crash is expected upon plopping the building.
