Repairing ringworlds in utopia

Is it possible to repair a broken ringworld like Cybrex alpha in Utopia? I thought I read it somewhere. I used the console to give me all the techs and I didn't seem to be able to. I even made sure that I had the ring of life and megastructures ascension perk, but no luck. Did I miss the button, or is it not possible to do?

It is not currently possible, but Wiz said it was something he wanted to add.
