The United States stayed out of the Great War and focused on its own part of the world. Now, turmoil has reached the once peaceful USA. Communists have taken control of many parts of the north, and fascists have gained support in the midwest. The Republican administration of Herbert Hoover runs the nation. These divisions threaten to tear apart the nation at the 1936 elections. The Combined Syndicates of America and the America First Union Party are both willing to use violence to achieve thier aims.
