Renaming countries etc

Hi, i was curious how to rename countries in saved games (im playing kaiserriech )and wondering how i can do it without potenitally ruining my saved game as im quite far in..

Also another question once ive renamed the country do i need to adjust the events so they still fire?

Just go into config/world_names.csv and change all the names you want to; you have to restart for the changes to take effect.
