Currently, province #280 is called "Kiev." It seems appropriate to make the default name "Kyiv," as well as renaming its associated trade node and the releasable tag of the same name.

Kyiv in Ukrainian and Kiev in Russian. Both in itself are latinized names who correspond to each country's spelling. Traditionally Kiev was used for English language. Appeasing one group of people won't satisfy the other. Kyiv would work in modern times as it uses the Ukrainian spelling but not in EU4 timeline.

The solution has been proposed time and time again, as Kyiv and Kiev as the dynamic name for the province (280) when it is owned by a Ruthenian (Kyiv) and Russian (Ryzanian, Novogorodian, Muscovite)(Kiev)). Otherwise it should default to Kiev, which would've been the more popular spelling at the time.
