Rename Central Asian lakes around Balchasj.

As this region is my birthplace, the fact that all the lakes around Balkhash (Balchasj) named, well, Balchasj, despite the fact they have its own names, irritates me a little. So i just want some little fixes on that.
Firstly, why is it named Balchasj when its actuall name Balkhash, in most of english sources?
And secondly, here's some names for other lakes whiсh i propose:

I understand that these 4 lakes are just insignificant detail, and there are some greater problems in game to think about, but if you can have a look on it.

Presumably they show the same name because the various lakes are actually a single lake province. There are several other areas that have this. Like the Finnish lakes. I'm not sure whether this is to save the devs some time, or if it would actually have a noticeable impact on game speed/performance to have a few more empty provinces. Assuming it's the former, I'm all for eventually splitting up the Balkhash province.

But Finnish lakes not named by the name of the largest among them, they're just named "Central/Western/East Finnish Lakes", and i would prefer Balkhash and its surroundings named "Central Asian lakes" or something like this, than in the way it's named now.
