Fellow paradoxians!
Pretty much as simple as the title suggests, I would like to suggest making the names of area's and regions changable, much like the names of individual provinces and province capitals. My suggestion would be that the player can change the name of a region or area if he controlls all the provinces in the region.
For example, if I would have formed the Roman empire and I controlled all of the Iberian peninsula and all of the French region, I would be able to change their names to Hispania and Gallia respectively, or to whatever I would like.
