I found this thread: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?588423-Remove-the-anti-pope
but nothing else on the matter.

I've created an anti-pope, got some nice gold out of it, but the moral authority of the Catholic church has begun to sink quite too low for my taste. Assassinating him will do no good, since he will be replaced by another anti-pope. So I ask you, is there anyway to disband the anti-pope, so that the moral auth of the curch wont lower every month? I don't want my scottish kingdom to be infested with heresy! :p

Cheers

1) Put him in Rome, kill the pope who became anti-pope

Or

2) Go back to Papal investiture (change the law) and kill your anti-pope

Both way should work. Second will ensure that the bishopric in which you have your anti-pope stays in your realm (otherwise it'll go to him as new pope).
