Removing provinces from HRE? As Brandenburg.

I just realized that atleast in previous versions of the game I was able to remove provinces from HRE, this was with England against Burgundian provinces.

But I'm playing Brandenburg. Now I left the Empire during war with Bohemia. My pomeranian conquests went to emperor, trollomania.

So I beat trollomania in the war, occupied everything. Yet after peace, I cannot remove those formerly bohemian provinces with decision, from the empire? good old brown blob trolls me again with the formal request! aargh.

How come this is not possible, to remove provs with local decision.

Trollomania is (I hope) a different spelling on Bohemia. People usually say Trollmenia, or Trollhemia, to put emphasis on the fact that Bohemia is considered a troll.

You must have a relationship of -100 or worse with the Emperor. Also, I'm not sure if HRE states can do it. I've only removed provinces when I was outside the Empire. Anybody know whether HRE nations can remove provinces?

Members of the HRE cannot remove provinces, but he said he left, so it should work for him, if he meets all the requirements.

Leaving the empire is buggy if you're an elector.
