removing cheats.

Is there a way I can edit the game files to remove or disable cheats?

Or

Is there a way to somehow make it so the f12 command does not work in game.

Why would you want to? I'm pretty sure that they are disabled in MP, and in SP, why go through the effort, when you can simply not use the F12 button?

Im messing with my Brother, he goes on and jacks up IC to 1500 and all that.

I edited the events so the event 1006 code takes away 100 IC and adds 100 Dissent. Then I edited the event 1009 to do nothing.

Now I just need to know how to edit the codes for oil/rare materials/supplies/metal/energy to only add 1 instead of 5000.

Any ideas?

Thats harcoded, cant edit things coded inside the game .exe.

you can edit them, just take off read only and you can edit and save. it works.
