Remove Park Requirement to Require A Road?

As subject. It's kinda annoying. It's also hard to chain and design many parks together to form a giant mega park like what Central Park is without having to put several roads in between them which is kinda silly. You could do that in the old Simcities. Is it possible to remove the road requirement for parks and decorative pieces?

Parks would also need to stop being able to create criminal stats, because I tried to connect a few parks with dirt roads today, and all those not on a road started to increase my city's criminality, as police cars were unable to reach them.

I agree, very limiting. I'd be ok if the footpath was sufficient as a requirement as a stopgap.
