Aside from being another instance of the GoT-ified, rule of cool side of CK3 I'm not really caring for (*cough cough* ahistorical house mottos), I've never had a character on whom the nickname didn't feel absurd somehow. IMHO it's more like the title of the progenitor of a vampire clan, or an alias for the Night Mother than anything else.
Why can't you get a nickname like "the Magnificent" or something from strengthening your bloodline? You know, the kind of nicknames distinguished historical rulers got.
