Remove Odoev

Hi!
What is the purpose of Odoev existence as independant state?
According to russian sources (check WIKI sources https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Одоевское_княжество)
Odoev was joined to Lithuanian Duchy in 1407.

So maybe its better to give this OPM to Lithuania and free 1 tag for some other more important county representation?

Och, well. Did you read, that in the middle of 15th century Odoyev became part of Muscovy?
Anyway, first - they had their own diplomacy and they used Golden Horde coins.

Yes, they become part of Moscovy in 5 years from the game start and never pretend to independence after that. So what is the purpose?
Also, there are many other tags under Lithuania (like Smolensk) with the same situation - high local autonomy, own foreigh contacts, etc. But still not presented as independent.

If we don't have appropriate in-game representation anyway (spheres of countries influence, more complex vassal system and interactions), why don't to keep this 1 tag slot for something more valuable?

Well, Odoyev was considered Grand Duchy. Maybe that's why?:3

Odoyev is one of a whole group of small principalities in the upper oka valley that gravitated between Muscovy and Lithuania. Like others it was pretty independent but would recognize the larger states as their overlord.
If for some reason we didn't have odoyev we would have one of the others.
That province (the upper oka) can't really be given to either Muscovy it Lithuania which is why a tag was added.
