Remove legacy tags.

Hello i don't know much about it, but i heard that more country tags slows the game down even when they are not in use, so why not just remove them completely?

I could be totally wrong about this, if i am please reply and explain

At a guess those are probably just remnants from EU3 then (can't check right now). Some tags where relabled for various reasons between the two games. If it's not in the countries.txt they're not in use by the game so there is nothing about them to recycle.
Will remove the duplicate flag files when I have the opportunity.

No love for Sharjah? (They should really have a core or two so that they can be released from Oman)

Sharjah should just be the general Qawasim confederation instead of one little clan.

Speaking about Arabia, they could add 4 more tags, Fartak, Kathiri and Jizan in South Arabia and Bahrayn in the east. They would be more interesting to play than say, Shammar
