Remove historical rivalry when PU ?

there just needs to be a way to remove the historical rival modifier. Maybe at 80+ trust it removes historicle foe?

I don't think France and Austria should have the modifier to begin with. They should just rival each other 90% of the time or so like Aragon and Castile do.

here is what must happen
AI big nations in europe would more likely ally emperor or rival him even when he has 3 rivals. since he is protecting entire holy roman empire it makes them defending more land to conquer and blocking more expansion path. this means somehow france may decide to ally him if he did not rival instead england may want to take lands of netherlands and rival austria

also make it that being overpowered should not make you deny being rival of emperor. as long as you are in europe ofcourse.

make that Austria targeted by 5 or 6 rivalies instead of usual 3

I think France should get the historical Rivalry modifier with whatever country inherits the HRE-portion of the Burgundian Inheritance, so basically Austria, Castille/Spain or whatever minor nation gets it. That way the historic tensions over the low countries keeps in the game, but Austria and France will be able to be friends at the start of the game
