A straight up removal of the currently bugged +1%/month warscore value for liberating vassals, which goes on counting even without the vassal being occupied.
There is no deletion of any lines of code, just the value set to 0.

Steam seems to refuse to accept a thumbnail, so blank it is for now.
Like the description states, even if it does get fixed, 1%/month seems like quite a bonus for just occupying a vassal, so it will remain up as an alternative. It seems to be fairly easy to cheese AI to concede everything by just occupying the vassal and turtling on their system.
