Is there a mean to remove units in a province in order to put them in the strategic pool.

It's possibl to delete a unit with an unit id, but not a province id.

It's for re-occupation of the rhineland and other intimidation actions.

You can simulate moving a unit to the strategic pool by first using the delete_unit command (you must know the id of the unit or use -1 for a random deletion). Then use the add_division command without the "when" clause.

It don't answer to my problematic...

I need to potentially remove troops from both provinces of the Rhineland, and I can't know Ids of troops which are in it.

If you do not know the id's you can not remove the units. Currently, there is no ability to remove units from a specific province if you do not know their id's.

The only other way to remove units is to remove "random" units from a country (not a specific province) so it does not appear this would be a solution for you either.
