My suggestion is to allow events to supercede "Min. days after last province controller change required for the AI to release a country using that province. Used by revolters too." - sometimes you may want to be able to force or give the option for the AI to release a country before 90 days have passed (it is very suspension-of-disbelief breaking when one notices an event in the log that clearly states that a country should have been released, yet no country has been released).
