remove achievements from steam

I just started a new game and for some reason there was no HRE, and so I got the ruina imperii achievement.
I kinda like achievement hunting and it's stupid to receive one out of the blue. Is there any way to remove an achievement from your steam account?

Well you can always DO the achievement and act like you just got it.

Just uninstall EU IV, then make a new Steam account, then buy EU IV again.

Problem solved. Rinse and repeat.

You can reset your achievements with the steam achievement manager (Use at your own risk)- It is not official or sanctioned software
Although the Steam achievement manager can allow you to add achievements to your account, you can get into touble if you use it with certain games which have items associated with them (Most games do not)
I see no problem with using it to reset your achievements however

Games can remove achievements. The Stanley Parable Demo gives you one and then takes it away immediately. I doubt they've programmed EUIV to do that though
