Relocating ironman save files

Does anybody know if it's possible to move ironman saves from the cloud to the local directory and vice versa? I'd quite like to move my current one to local files as we have a usage cap (soft cap, so you pay extra for going over) on internet. Failing that, are there any statistics on how much data it takes to save to the cloud?

The data downloaded is the size of the save file. ~5mb if compressed, otherwise 20-60mb. Note that cloud saves actually write to the local Steam cache, they only go up to the actual Cloud when you exit the game.

You can retrieve those files from the local cache and copy them to the local save folder. For where they are see the sticky 'file locations' thread in Tech Support.
